A seated, meditative practice that settles the mind, connects you with your internal rhythm or pulse.

Over the course of the 3 evenings you will learn, the Shadow Yoga seated Charanas (churnings or warm-ups) some useful squats that help with sitting and a rhythmic, meditative hand mudra practice with mantra, breath and drishti.
